Permanent
Recruiting for permanent employees on an unlimited contract.
Contingency
Our most common approach to filling open positions for new clients is the contingency search. This involves receiving a detailed job brief and sourcing candidates, only requiring payment once the position has been filled and the selected candidate has started work in their new role.
Retained
For positions that need to be prioritised or require a higher level of service and oversight from our clients, we are able to provide a retained search service. This involves some pre-agreed up front payment to confirm the commitment of the client to fill the requisition and allows NonStop to allocate additional resources and prioritise the vacancy.
Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)
We also have the option of providing you a dedicated full-time recruiter exclusively to work on your positions, if you require the attention and dedication of a inhouse talent partner but perhaps without the long term need that would make that a viable option.
Flexible workforce
Recruiting for temporary, contract or labour lease employees.
Contract
NonStop is able to support the hiring of contract workers via payroll and umbrella companies across most of Europe. This can be a great solution for clients with an urgent need or requiring a temporary solution to a talent shortage.
Labour lease
As well as employing contractors through third parties, we also are also able to supply workers directly on labour lease contracts, in particular in Switzerland, Germany and Czechia.
Managed Service Programme (MSP)
Sometimes one agency just isnt enough when trying to fill a high volume of roles, but dealing with all the different suppliers can still be a hasle none the less. In this instance NonStop offers an MSP service where we will manage your recruitment partners as well as recruit for you directly.
Executive search
For senior positions requiring discretion and expertise, we provide an executive search service including extensive market research, candidate profiling and assessment services as well as additional ad hoc requests depending on the needs of the client.
